Employment Contracts

Ed Lee is well versed in all types of pre-employment agreements and restrictive covenants, including non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements and non-solicitation agreements. He is available to negotiate, draft or review these contracts, and can also advise employers on how to protect intellectual property and trade secrets when workers leave the company.

Mr. Lee can also counsel corporate clients on development of proactive policies to address discrimination and harassment in the workplace and prevent employee lawsuits.

Litigation and Severance

Ed Lee is a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. Through negotiations or in court, he can enforce employment agreements and seek legal remedies, or represent ex-employees accused of violating the terms of a restrictive covenant. He also can represent either party in the negotiation of severance packages for employees and executives.
